In the contested territories of Gold Field, Silver Den, and Raven’s Dock, three powerful Nobles vie for control over resources critical to the kingdom’s survival. Yet, the Nobles are no longer the sole powers in this conflict.

Influential factions have risen alongside them, transforming from loyal supporters into independent players with their own ambitions and agendas.

You, Hero, have been summoned to bring resolution to this crisis. Will you stand with one of the three Nobles to secure their claim? Will you ally with a faction to shift the balance of power? Or will you forge your own path to decide the fate of these lands and all who live in them?

Lord Rasputin of Gold Field

A champion of republic ideals, Fieldlume envisions a government ruled by the voices of the people. His cause inspires hope among those farming his lands and brewing his ale - but his inexperience weakens his ability to consolidate power.

Lady Whalecrest of Raven's Dock

A visionary of a maritime coalition, Lady Whalecrest’s governance promises economic prosperity through trade and commerce. Yet her reliance on merchant guilds has bred corruption, leaving many questioning whether she truly prioritizes her people over her own investments and ambition.

Lord Shimmerstone of Silver Den

A distinguished retired war general whose strict rule ensures efficiency and industrial might. His discipline and industrial resources make Shimmerstone's forces formidable, but his harsh policies have bred resentment among the common people.

Plowshare Protectors

Loyal to Fieldlume’s vision of a republic, the Plowshare Protectors fight for their homeland with unparalleled passion. They are numerous and resourceful, but their lack of training and inferior equipment leaves them vulnerable against professional armies and elite forces. 

Feathered Fortune

Aligned with Whalecrest, the Feathered Fortune guild has grown bold, using its vast wealth to buy contracts, bribe officials, and control supplies. Their loyalty is driven by profit, and they are open to reviewing allegiances if another option offers more economic growth and commerce opportunities. 

The Argent Oath

Elite soldiers contracted with Shimmerstone, the Argent Oath is unmatched in combat skill and strategy. Though few in number, their precision and discipline make them a devastating force on the battlefield. However, their allegiance is contract driven - by payment and promises of glory.

How to Play

What Awaits You

Quests and Challenges - Undertake missions for the Nobles and factions, from protecting caravans to uncovering sabotage or rallying local support.

Diplomatic Intrigue - Broker alliances, sway minor factions, or sow discord among your enemies.

Epic Battles - Engage in dynamic skirmishes and large-scale conflicts, leading forces to victory or defending key locations.

Your Role in the Conflict

Ally with a Noble: Swear loyalty to Whalecrest, Rasputin, or Shimmerstone, and fight for their vision.

Sway the Factions: Use diplomacy, cunning, or force to win over the Feathered Fortune Merchants, Argent Soldiers, or Plowshare Protectors. Their support—or opposition—can tip the scales.

Forge Your Own Path: Act as an independent agent, manipulating all sides or working toward your own goals in the power vacuum.

The Phases of Conflict

Day 1: Questing and Exploration - Navigate the lands, undertake missions, and shift the balance of power. Rival NPC squads may attempt to sabotage your efforts, keeping tensions high.

Day 1: The Summit (Dinner) - A tense gathering of Nobles and factions where alliances may be forged—or shattered. Your words and actions here could change the course of the conflict.

Day 2: The Final Battle - A climactic showdown where the fate of the territories will be decided.

  • This option is for those who wish to play a Non Player Character (NPC) for Gameplay.

    NPCing is a great option for someone new or curious about LARP - allowing you try out a variety of playstyles and characters.

    NPCs will have a selection of pre-made character sheets to choose from with stats, abilities, and knowledge.

    Roles can range from Body Guards for a Noble, Soldiers for a Faction, Quest Givers, Diplomats, Merchants, Townspeople, etc.
